Century Codename Blue Moon Registered with Karnataka RERA as Century Astoria

Century Codename Blue Moon — the residential piece of the 50-plus-acre Century Immencity township at Jakkur — was registered with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority on 16 May 2026. The registration is held under the project name Century Astoria, with Realkraft Ventures LLP as the promoter entity.

Why the project has three names

The project is marketed as Codename Blue Moon, registered as Century Astoria, and sits inside Century Immencity, the mixed-use township. Township-level figures that circulate online — tower counts, total built-up area, total acreage — belong to Immencity as a whole. The Blue Moon parcel itself is approximately six acres carrying 334 homes in five towers of two basements plus ground plus fifteen to sixteen floors.

What registration means for buyers

Under Section 4(2)(l)(D) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, seventy per cent of amounts collected from buyers are deposited in a designated escrow account. Registration also fixes the disclosed completion date — 12 February 2031 — against which delivery is measured.

Registration is the start of diligence, not the end of it. Before booking, buyers should request the title report and joint development agreement schedule, the DC conversion certificate, the RERA carpet area statement for their specific unit, and the specification annexure.

Pricing at launch

Indicative pricing starts at Rs 4.25 crore for the 3 BHK, Rs 4.97 crore for the 3.5 BHK Luxe and Rs 5.89 crore for the 4 BHK — approximately Rs 17,500 to Rs 18,500 per sq ft on saleable area, exclusive of GST, stamp duty and registration. 4 BHK Luxe and penthouse pricing is on request.
