Century Real Estate Holdings was founded in 1973 by Dr P. Dayananda Pai and Mr P. Satish Pai. It is one of Bengaluru's oldest continuously operating real estate businesses and holds a land bank in excess of 3,000 acres, with more than 20 million sq ft of residential and commercial assets under construction.

The legacy portfolio is woven into the city's commercial history: Taj Residency and the Vijaya Bank corporate office on MG Road, Manipal Centre, Diamond District on Airport Road, and technology parks developed for Texas Instruments and HP. On the residential side, the Pai Layouts on Old Madras Road, Bannerghatta Road and in Koramangala shaped large parts of the city's plotted development landscape, alongside World City and Renaissance Exotica.

The current programme includes Century Downtown in North Bangalore, Century Eden, Century Artizan, Century Sports Village, Century Horizon at Jakkur, Century Novus and Century Attur. The company is consistently ranked among South India's leading developers and is particularly known for premium plotted development.

Century Immencity, unveiled as a 50-plus-acre, five-district destination on the International Airport Road, is the company's largest mixed-use undertaking. Codename Blue Moon is its residential component, developed through the promoter entity Realkraft Ventures LLP.
