Century Blue Moon Amenities
A six-acre standalone project with 334 homes would normally have to carry its own retail, its own dining, its own everything, and would end up building over its landscape to do it. At Blue Moon the township carries that load on the other forty-plus acres — so the residential parcel spends its ground on a clubhouse, pools, courts and gardens, with roughly seventy-five per cent of the parcel left open.
